Prepare Expenses Categories
In order to reduce the workload of the account team, all expenses have to be recorded and reported by their respective departments.
For that, we categorized all of our company's expenses.
Record Fixed Assets
All fixed assets are major expenses of the company, and we successfully check ground assets and registered all Fixed Assets in Odoo, together.
Test Expenses (Staging)
With the help of Administration team, we tested out how to record and report our companies' expenses, and introduce new Company Expense Management System.
Record Expenses
Now, Administration advance to Odoo Live and started recording Expenses, and other Departments follow in the Staging.
Check Ground Inventory
Business Development department start checking ground data collaborated with Stock and Production department, in order to complete Inventory in Odoo by the end of August.
Inventory Clearing & Adjustment
The inventory is heart of our business operations. With this mindset, we will make sure every details matched between ground stock and Odoo Inventory.
Costing & Labeling Inventory
We will get rid of spreadsheet cost calculation and labeling processes, and integrated into Odoo ERP.
Then we will march to Purchase & Production Process.
Purchase (Order)
No more Viber or Take note for Ordering process. Every Diamonds and every gold we need will pass through Purchase Order.
No more blind waiting for order.... not anymore.
Manufacturing / Production
Without correct Bills of Materials, there is no correct cost. Without correct cost, we will not sustain.
We can see every movement, every production process at a glance in Odoo Manufacturing.
Sales Modules
Now, we can keep our heads up. With clean Inventory, Costing, Purchase and Production, with everything in place, we can roar.
After this, Sales team can do Only Sales, no more data entry. Analysis and Reporting will follow like a magic.
